Lovely 3 Bed home in Cheltenham, England

Our house is a substantial semi-detached
Victorian property. Facing South-West, it is set back from Moorend Park Road, a wide, tree-lined avenue in Leckhampton. The excellent Bath Road shopping area is only a short walk away, whilst a supermarket is five minutes by car.

There is a wide range of schools in Cheltenham and the town is well known for the literary and music festivals that it hosts as well as the cricket and National Hunt festivals. Nearby sporting opportunities include squash,
tennis, croquet and swimming facilities whilst there are also a number of golf courses on the edge of the town.

There is easy access to the M5 and a train service to London Paddington
from Cheltenham Spa station.

Our house is light and well proportioned accommodation arranged over four floors with a wealth of period features. The ceiling mouldings, deep skirting and high ceilings add to the character and charm of this delightful family home.

The characterful kitchen has an electric four-oven Aga cooker. The main bathroom has a large cast iron bath, and the smaller one has a shower.

There is a good-sized garden at the rear as well as at the front, and plenty of car parking. The secod photograph shows our outbuildings, at the side of a drive shared with the bungalow at the rear, which is quite separate. (The drive is not a problem, and is fenced off from the back garden.)
