Larkhall is a vibrant community with

with live music, tennis courts and only
two miles walk from Bath city centre. It is on the edge of beautiful countyside which can be walked to without a car. Bath is a stunning city with much history and the surrounding area offers many interesting day trips.
Bristol is 12 miles away and this combined with the cultural choices Bath offers means that there is a lot of choice in entertainment and the arts.

The house is unpretentious and low maintenance. It is an ex-local authority property at the end of a privately owned terrace of three. Downstairs is completely open plan with patio doors onto a gravelled, paved backyard which is sunny for sitting and eating. It is quiet and private. Its attaction is the locality. It is ajoined to quiet neighbours. As a holiday home there is little to worry about. It has been mine only since October so there is no clutter.
