Kitchen with integrated fan oven and gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine was updated last year.

Recently completed extension with self contained en suite twin, kitchenette and ensuite with access to garden available for rent.

About the location

Although on the edge of the city Girton retains its village feel and still holds a village Feast Week in July when the residents organise events including concerts and an all day fun event. We are at the city end of the village which means quick access to buses. (10 mins to centre) for colleges,museums (inc Fitzwilliam)Theatres and West Rd concert hall.
