The community is w/in 15 mins driving from fantastic beach + w/in mins from shopping. Car may be included.
Delray Beach is on the East Coast, w/in 50 mins driving of Miami, 25 of FtLaud, and 20 of Wst Palm). The town is v quaint on the waterfront w/ lots of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. It is a popular holiday destination with Americans and foreigners.
