Barn Conversion in traditional Yorkshire village

A converted barn in the village of Burton Leonard in North Yorkshire. 5 minutes walk away are 2 pubs serving lunchtime and evening meals, also the village shop/post office, cricket club, tennis courts, and childrens playground. Several pretty walks around the village and great for cycling/mountain biking.

Centrally heated throughout, our house sleeps up to 6. We have 3 bedrooms: Main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a large bunk bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with futon underneath. Spacious living room with 3 sofas, dining area, wood burning stove and doors opening onto the garden. Modern kitchen and adjacent utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Main bathroom has both a bath and separate shower. There is also an entrance hall/cloakroom area.

Nearest towns: Ripon (6 miles) and Harrogate (8 miles). Ripon has a historic cathedral and market every Thursday. Harrogate is a famous spa town with great parks, shops, restaurants and night life. Our home is just 30 mins drive to the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors. We are also within 45 minutes drive of the cities of York and Leeds.
