Harbour views with the sea right at the bottom of property. There is a boatshed with rowboat and kyaks. We live in Paradise! Large section in native bush and garden (no care required).

20 mins drive on motorway from Wellington city center. Wellington is a swinging "botique" city with good atmosphere, arts, music, restaurants etc.

Crime free area (no burglaries in 25 years!) Paremata is a wonderful suburb of mature gardens and houses. Excellent walks, sea views etc.

Great spot for resting, also for day trips and beyond to see North Island. From Wellington ferry goes to South Island etc and other public transport systems.
