Crystal Palace attic apartment with roof terrace

My apartment is in a large Victorian house and occupies the whole attic area for the building. Taking pics this week to update listing!

Living room: bright and comfortable, there's a TV, record player/bluetooth Hi-Fi and access to the roof terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing in good weather. One large sofa and armchair, plus vintage Ercol dining table and chairs. Packed bookshelves and mood lighting for cosy evenings.

Master bedroom: a king-size bed and fitted wardrobe, plus vintage dresser and chest of drawers.

Bathroom: bath, shower over bath and sink. As ceiling height is limited, if you're very tall you may have to stoop a little to shower.

Kitchen: fridge freezer, gas hob and oven. Microwave, blender and toaster, plus fully stocked with pans and other utensils.

Secondary bedroom: king-size bed and Peloton, which you're welcome to use with your own login for at-home workouts.

About the location

Crystal Palace park is 2 minutes walk away - this large Victorian park features the famous dinosaurs, as well as weekend park run and farmer's market. The cafe does a great breakfast.

10mins walk away, you'll find a couple of great pubs, a grocer, convenience stores and more.

Penge East, Penge West, Anerley and Crystal Palace stations are all within 10mins walk, connecting you to east and central London in as little as 20mins.

Parking is free and easily available on-street.
