Modern Home overlooking the sea

We have a 3600 square foot house on the rural side of Bowen Island which is a 20 minute ferry ride from the mainland and Vancouver.

On the third floor, we have two large bedrooms with full ensuites, one with a balcony and 2 offices with fast WiFi. There is a huge deck with a hot tub and dining area.

The second floor has a newly remodelled kitchen with large pantry. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with stellar views looking west for spectacular sunsets. Also on this floor is a music room with guitars and piano, gym mats and free weights and a powder room. There is a 2nd deck and a patio in the garden with outdoor furniture, gas fire place and BBQ.

The entry level has laundry and a media room.

Our Birman cat, Malorie is a lovely companion who is easy to care for, friendly and cuddly.

There are 3 flights of stairs and a steep drive way so this is not a good house if you have mobility or breathing challenges. You will need a vehicle to get to us and to get around. We are open to considering a vehicle exchange.

About the location

Bowen Island is a lovely rural community with good services where the ferry comes in, which is 15 minutes drive or 20 minute bus ride from our home. There are many hiking trails up the mountain and many beaches. Two good grocery stores, pharmacy, 5 restaurants and lovely shops and galleries.
