Our property is a one bedroom one living-room newly built apartment in the heart of Budapest, everything is accessible by foot.
The flat is equipped with all facilities you would need at home even internet and air-conditioning.
As the building was built 2 years ago, the apartment is in excellent condition. It has a large living room with openable sofa, with a fully equipped kitchen and with a big balcony.
Bedroom with king-size bed, and bathroom with bath tube.
Most of the clubs, shops, coffee houses, sights, and nightspots are within walking distance.

We are Szabolcs and Ildiko, a young hungarian couple. We like to travel around the world so we are open for any suggestion, any location in the world, from a short city break to longer journeys. Within europe we would ideally travel with our smart and clean golden retriever called "abszint", but it is not a must.
This is our second home so the exchange does not need to be simultaneous.
