The house is an old characterstic building of Umbria, totally restored. It is sited in our little farm where we have olive trees, sheep and vineyards. The available part of the house has a bedroom, a living room with a divan bed, a kitchen and one bathroom. It can host four people. In front of the house we have a wood chalet that can host 2 more person. It's usable in summer only, cause the heating. There is also a wide garden in front and a gazebo. The surrounding area is the classic hilly farmland of central Italy. the nearest town is 5 minute driving away and the main historical cities of Umbria, like Perugia, Assisi or Gubbio are just 20 minutes away. We can lend a car to get to the closest public transport.

We are two retired clerks that like to travel, sometimes. we are originally from Venice but we moved in Umbria ten years ago in order to change life style. We have a son and a daughter that both work in Venice and they come quite often to visit us. We don't smoke and have a quiet life style. We enjoy outdoor life but we also like to spend time in cities, historical areas and natural parks. We'd like to host people while we are home and in a second time visit the family we hosted (or the other way around). we could be travelling with 2 other friends, more or less same age of us.
