We would like to swap our apartment in Rome along with our apartment in Montepulciano (listed in this web site, the village is Montepulciano within Siena province).
Rome is the place where we usually live during the week. The apartment is not big but it is comfortable, expecially having the possibility to spend time in Tuscany. You can visit Rome and all its beauty and excitement and for a change of pace you can enjoy the quite life of Tuscany. It is a great combination in particular during spring and summer: you can stay in Tuscany as long as you want but you can always have the exciting life of the city when you need it.
The driving time between the 2 houses is 2 hours (Motorway A1 - Roma Nord Exit – Chiusi Exit) or 1h30min by train (from Chiusi railway station to Roma Termini).

You have Living Room with terrace, Kitchen, Bedroom with queen size bed, Bathroom with bathtub, TV, DVD Player, CD Player and Washing Machine.
All the historical areas of Rome are easly reacheable by bus.
If you wish there is an additional double bed in the living room. Considering that during the year we normally live here with our daughter, you will find the apartment comfortable even if you’ll be more than two persons. Besides this, you will use your time, basically not for staying at home but for visiting and enjoying the life in Rome and for this the flat is excellent.
Our offer is to swap both our properties for a house in Melbourne (suitable for a couple with a small child - preferably with a garden) from May 2008 to August 2008 or longer (from 2 months up to 4 months). We are two adults of 38 and our daughter Viola 2 year old.
