Beautiful detached home in the New Forest.
Family friendly, spacious with a large garden that is not overlooked by neighbours with plenty of character, perfect for your New Forest getaway.

We always enjoy watching the sunset at the bottom of the garden on the decking, usually with a glass of wine!

We have an open Fire in the lounge which is wonderful in the evenings.
There are board games & pool table in the games room.

We have 2 heated roundhouses that you can use during your stay, great for relaxing on a chilled evening.

There are 2 gas BBQ’s that you can use, one on the patio & the other on the bottom decking overlooking the field.

We do have 2 cats that spend most of their time outside.

About the location

With direct access on to the open forest right outside the gate, you really are spoilt for choice.

Explore the New Forest National Park, where you can see the roaming ponies, donkeys and cattle, and enjoy off-road walking, riding and cycling.

The sailing town of Lymington is about a 20-minute drive with ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, or just enjoy the cobbled streets with boutiques and eateries along the marina.

Bournemouth and Poole, both with award-winning beaches, are within easy reach, as is the city of Salisbury with its medieval cathedral.

There are many places of interest for the family including Marwell Zoo, New Forest Otter and Owl Wildlife Park, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Peppa Pig world and Exbury Gardens to name but a few. & a golf course is just down the road.

We are 25 min drive from the city of Southampton with its maritime history and West Quay shopping centre.
