An old stone and render cottage dating from around 1840 although part of it is much older. The farmhouse has 3 good sized bedrooms with a nice private garden.

There are two master bedrooms both with King sized beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own en-suite.

The property has been recently upgraded and is fitted out to a very high standard.
The property is 8 miles from the Cotswold village of Broadway and 20 miles from Stratford upon Avon.

About the location

The cottage has two dedicated parking spaces.

Our cottage is located on a road which is busy morning and evening but the 6 foot tall brick walls that surround the property keep noise the down. Also, all of the doors open onto the rear garden so it is very safe for children and pets.

Our jewel in the crown is the local pub called the Fleece inn which is a National Trust Pub and is only a half a mile walk.

Great food great beer and a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the autumn/winter when the fires are going. Highly recommended!
