Beautiful 3 bedroom semi detached house (one large double with super kingsize bed, plus another double and a single in brand new loft conversion). Incredible countryside views from all bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and living room with stunning reclaimed parquet flooring. One upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. South facing garden, gorgeous all year round.

About the location

We are on the edge of the Surrey Hills (area of outstanding natural beauty). The house is on a quiet lane which is part of a no-through road. You can walk out of the door straight into fields and miles of beautiful Surrey countryside (see photos!)

We're just 3 miles to the M25, 16 miles into central London, 40 miles to Brighton. Walking distance to Kingswood station with trains to London Bridge (50 mins), close to Sutton and Epsom stations for quick trains into London Victoria (30 mins). Best of both worlds!

You can walk to Kingswood or Banstead village across fields and through woods where you can find independent cafes, pubs, shops, parks, etc.

There is an ASDA superstore half a mile away and other supermarkets very close by.

The house is very close to lots of famous attractions such as Epsom Downs and Box Hill as well as numerous national trust locations. Windsor castle and Hampton Court are within an hours drive.

We absolutely love it here - you can have a day out in London one day and go for a long walk and a pub lunch the next, all without getting in your car.
