Lovely centrally located apartment:

The apartment is nicely furnished, it is my main home and has all the necessary amenities you might need.

The living room is large and overlooks a beautiful plaza, it has air conditioning, a tv, a large dining table, a sofa bed (very comfortable) and a little terrace that seats two.

The bedroom is in an interior room which keeps it shaded and cool enabling you to have a comfortable nights sleep.

The apartment has one bathroom, a kitchen and an office with a gorgeous view through the large windows.

5 minutes walk to Mercado Central.
7 minutes walk to the Turia.
18 minute drive to the beach.
15 minute drive to the airport.

I don`t drive and walk nearly everywhere in Valencia because it is so centrally located.

The apartment is located in the old city and two minutes walk to a main road.

You get the benefits of an aesthetically beautiful location, on a quiet plaza with few cars but near a main road that helps you get around the city easily and avoids traffic problems.
