Family-friendly apartment - Bauhaus block by architect Erwin Gutkind - just at the border Berlin Pankow/Prenzlauer Berg - 2nd floor (no elevator) - two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom - 2 double bed and sofa bed (could sleep 2+2+1) - cleaner available - adult and children bicycles (we LOVE cycling in the city!) - - DSL Internet connection - centralized heating and water supply - telephone - English, German and Italian books available - toys and children books - easy to reach from BER airport - big common garden - warning: no curtains in bedrooms :)

We do not have pets but we are happy to take care of them!

About the location

Quiet family area, but vibrant area with many cafes/restaurants within easy reach - supermarket just next door - the flat is officially situated in Pankow, but just on the border of Prenzlauer Berg - well-connected by tram to main Prenzlauer Berg (walking to Eberswalder Strasse, a central place in Prenzlberg takes 20 min), Mitte, Friedrichshain - the lake Weisser See is less than 3km away and also easily reachable by bus/tram (you can swim there in the summer!) and you can cycle everywhere - cultural centre `Brotfabrik` (cinema, theatre, bar) is just a 5 min walk away.
