A nice apartment near the sea

It is a comfortable apartmente close to the beach. It has a large living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 balconies. We have wifi, 3 televisions and all kind of amenities. The flat sleeps 4 people.

About the location

Our house is five minutes from the bus station that connects Paleo Faliro with the Athens International Airport via its express bus line X96. In 15-20 minutes with the bus you can visit the center of Athens, Acropolis, beautiful markets and all the museums. Port of Piraeus is also near to Paleo Faliro with public transports, where you can take any boat to visit greek islands.
In a small distance walk from our house you can enjoy the city beach or to take tram and go to another. Marina Flisvou is a coastal area in Paleo Faliro, which is located just next to the sea and it is suitable for a walk as it provides you a wonderful view and places to eat and drink. Other landmarks included: the historical warship Averof and JUMBO, a large store with toys for children.
In our neighbourhood you may find supermarkets, a market every Friday, playgrounds and some good restaurants.
