Detached timber newbuild

New build timber passive house, can sleep 6-7 people. 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom upstairs, downstairs spare lounge with double sofa bed. kitchen lounge with double height to under eaves and woodburning stove. Bell tent in garden furnished with oriental rugs, chaise longue and solid double bed. Gas BBQ range with chiller and handwash basin on decking. Wood fired hottub can be run off grid or on grid with jets and lights.

The house was completed in March 2021. Off road parking for 2 cars and more. outside Trampoline, swing set and wooden tower with swing and slide on offer for younger legs. South facing garden laid to lawn with 2 by 2 m wildlife pond, bordering onto agricultural land with sweeping views over the Bennachie hill range. North facing entrance area towards main road with dutch barn type shed with carport. We have a dog but it is not coming on holiday but stays with relatives when we travel. We welcome pets and children but I would like to point out the garden is not childproof at this point in time.

I can include use of my Volvo Estate for home exchangers from cities if required.

About the location

We live in a small Village in Aberdeenshire near the Bennachie hill range (5 minutes from our doorstep) with beautiful views and plenty of walking. The house is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The Cairngorm National Park and the Aberdeenshire coast with beautiful beaches can both be reached within 40 minutes travel.
