Close to everything

My wife, Julia and I live in a terraced house close to the city centre and close to the station. We are 100 metres from Mill Road, which has a huge number of restaurants of all denominations. Our home, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms, has a large front lounge and a very light kitchen diner. The garden is 100 foot and is. Riot of colour at this time of year. There is a studio at the bottom of the garden, where I do my drawing.

About the location

Gwydir Street is generally considered to be the hippest street in Cambridge. Sixty metres from us is a coffee shop called Hot Numbers and next door two antique shops. We are five minutes by bike to the centre of Cambridge and five minutes to the train station. We have bikes which are part of the package.

So all the colleges and famous buildings are only a bike ride away plus the range of lovely grounds - Jesus Green, the Botanic Gardens, Parker’s Piece, Midsummer Common, Christ’s Piece are all close by.
