We live in a lovely part of this cosmopolitan and vibrant city, close to all the best things Bristol has to offer. The house is very spacious with gardens and off-street parking. Its been our family home for more than 20 years and is perfect for families looking to explore this great part of the UK.

The flat is laid out with entrance to ground floor. We have lounge/TV room, a large dining room, kitchen, utility ( access to back garden) , garden room and one double bedroom and bathroom. Down stairs there are two singles and one master bedroom and another bathroom.

We have the drive and garage with parking for three cars.

We have bikes that can be used, a trampoline in the garden and lots of books and games to entertain everyone. We`re walking distance to the zoo, Clifton Downs, and the suspension bridge. There are amazing bread and coffee shops locally and a Saturday Farmers Market.

We have a female ginger cat Fern who lives here and loves company and ruffles.

We are a family of six though only our youngest 16 year old lives here now with the older three at uni/ work.

About the location

Clifton is internationally recognised for its beautiful architecture and vibrant culture. Brunel`s iconic suspension bridge is 10 minutes walk from the house as is the dramatic Avon Gorge. There are parks close by in every direction. We`re around the corner from the zoo, local Cinema, library and plenty of shops. We`re less than 100m from the local train station which is is a 10 minute train down to Bristol Temple Meads.
Further afield there is the Georgian city of Bath, the Cotswolds, Wales, the Mendips, Glastonbury and the Somerset levels and Exmoor.
