Beautiful Victorian House on quiet residential street. 5 mins walk from beach and town. NO SWAPS JULY AND AUGUST

Our house is our pride and joy. It is situated in such a wonderful location which means you dont actually ever have to use the car because we are walking distance from local beaches and the shops and supermarket. Summerleaze beach is a 5min walk away. Our house is very spacious with a 90ft private garden. We can easily accommodate 7 people but as our family home, it is set up for 6 people laid out across 3 floors. The top floor has a huge bedroom with a superking sized bed and a separate single bed. It has a shower and wc room next to this .The first floor has a small bunk bedroom and a double bedroom with king sized bed with front bay windows. There is also another large bedroom which is set up with a single bed overlookign the back garden.On this floor we have a family bathroom with bath,shower and WC and we also have separate WC room as well on this floor. The ground floor consists of a big living room with sofas, chairs, beanbag and wood burner. We have a large kitchen with sofa/chill area and adjoining this is our dining room with sliding doors that lead out onto our patio area which then leads onto our garden. We have previously holiday rented our home out as we spent a few summers in France during the summer holidays and we have had such amazing reviews from all our guests all saying how spacious and homely it was and the location also being perfect!

About the location

Bude is a beautiful cornish seaside town in North Cornwall. The surf is amazing here and the town has lots to offer people with a variety of interests. I could go on and on with photos and info about many of the beautiful spots to visit but I suggest you go to the link

The 6km flat tarmacked multi-use trail (perfect for wheelchairs, pushchairs, walkers, runners and cyclists) can be started just at the end of our road (less than a 5 min walk
from our house). You don`t have to complete the whole loop, as paths are running off to make it shorter. This runs alongside Bude canal and Bude.s nature reserve and is an easy, idyllic, peaceful area and perfect for dog walkers.
Bude has numerous wonderful cafes and restaurants in the town and the surrounding area.
