Cottage in New Forest

A semi-detached cottage in Bartley, within New Forest National Park. The house has a large garden which features children playground (and a pirate ship), a patio and brick bbq. It is a modern family house with two bedroom (one en-suite with king size bed and another one with bunk beds for two children). There is also an office and a playroom with another king size bed pull up if needed. Specious kitchen and a dining room / lounge with fireplace.

IMPORTANT: there are two cats living in the property, they have free access to the house through the cat flap and no cleaning is needed, but they need to be fed during the stay (instructions and the food will be provided).

About the location

Bartley is a lovely quiet village, 15 min drive to Southampton and 5 min from J1 M3. Easy access to walks in the forest (New Forest ponies are the main feature of the forest) and only a short drive to the coast.
