We are in a ten story apartment building, on the ground floor with a large terrace. Two rooms queen beds each with its own bathroom. Kitchen Is a good size and an open living/dining area. Large flat screen TV and internet. Treadmill in living room for exercise. Size is 1500 square feet. Terrace is 1300 square feet with BBQ, chairs and table. Wood flooring in main living are! Carpets in bedrooms. Use of a 2013 Toyota RAV4
About the location
5 minute walk to Washington Park which has the International Rise Test Gardens and the Portland Japanese Gardens. A bit further into the park is the Oregon Zoo, Arboretum, World Forestry Center and a beautiful and unusual Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Great shops and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Public transportation available close by with $2.50 trip by train to airport. We have two bicycles too. Lots to see and do in the Portland area. Amazing wineries within a 30-minute 50km radius. Nice climate year round.
