Glandwr

Attractive three-storey listed townhouse, situated close to the university in the City of Bangor. Uninterrupted views of the sea and the Great Orme. The terrace was built in 1860 for the sea captains whose ships docked in the bay opposite.

The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining room, separate utility room and separate toilet. Our garden leads out from the front of the house, and includes a lawn, apple trees and vegetable patch. The backyard provides a sheltered and sunny space, with access to parking.

The middle floor consists of a comfortable and spacious sitting room, with views to the sea, a main bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The top floor has two good sized bedrooms and a cosy third bedroom.

About the location

Our house is within easy walking distance of the mainline railway station, 10 minutes from the mountains and lakes of Snowdonia, and 20 minutes from the spectacular beaches of Anglesey. The National Cycle network route 5 passes along a lane adjacent to the house, and provides links to several other high quality off-road cycle routes. It is a fantastic base for walking, climbing, road cycling, mountain biking and swimming in north Wales.
