3 bedroom mid terraced period home, Glasgow

Our home is a 3 bedroom family home which is a red brick terraced Josie circa 1903. We have a large lounge and separate dining kitchen with patio doors onto a safe enclosed back garden which enjoys a lot of sunlight during the day. The garden has a grassed arena and bbq. The front garden capturing the evening sun. There is also a garden to the front and on street parking. Our home is well furnished decorated and maintained. Two bedroom occupied by the girls have 3/4 sized beds while the main bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a large tv a Sonos speaker and internet. The house is well equipped. We have friendly neighbours who would be happy to meet you!

About the location

We live in a nice suburb on the south side of Glasgow. There are excellent transport links to Glasgow city centre. A bus stop is situated nearby with regular buses which take you into the city centre and beyond. There is also a train station a short walk away and easy access to motorways to travel further afield. There are local shops / take aways a short walk away and a beautiful small park Newlands Park nearby. Pollok and Rouken Glen parks are a short drive away also. The Ayrshire coast is a 40 minute drive away.
