Moraira Villa

The villa is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Moraira in an elevated setting allowing privacy and exceptional views. It is individually owned and not part of any complex or community.

There are 2 bedrooms overlooking the pool. One with en suite. The family bathroom is opposite the second bedroom.

The lounge is light with several windows and an American style kitchen at the rear with a door to one of the back terraces. A door accesses the naya /sunroom which overlooks the pool.

There are 180 degree views to the coast, mountains and vineyards.
Outside the garden is well maintained with large tiled areas, fruit trees, and plants. There is a fixed and portable BBQ, ample sun loungers, an outside kitchen, outdoor H&C shower. A utility room with toilet and wash basin. Several sun umbrellas and a fixed sunshade over the outdoor kitchen area.

About the location

Moraira is classed as one of the best areas on the Costa Blanca.

There are no high rise apartment blocks as most of the area has villas.

An excellent 9 hole golf course is 10 mins drive the beach is approx 2k away and walkable.

Tennis courts and paddle tennis courts are close by.
