Family Home on the Wirral Peninsula

Our spacious and comfortable detached family home offers everything you need for a home away from home. Downstairs we have a large kitchen with dining area, the kitchen is equipped with all modern day requirements, the large table can seat 8. A separate kids room filled with toys, games, books, xbox, internet TV and films will keep the children entertained while you can relax in the calm quiet space of the front lounge. Upstairs, we have a double bedroom, twin bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. We also have a double sofabed (sleeping an extra 2) in the back lounge. Outside, the large garden has room to relax on the deck/lawn and is equipped with a play area, the enclosed decking area joins the kitchen and conservatory to the garden.

We have bikes of different sizes, children`s scooters and we also have a travel cot if needed.

For trips further afield we can exchange our family car and have at least 3 children`s seats.

About the location

Our house is in a quiet residential area, a few minutes walk will take you to the seafront with a promenade stretching miles, while a 10 minute walk in the other direction will take you to local amenities, including the train station.

Wirral Peninsula is placed between the River Dee and the River Mersey, overlooking both the Welsh Hills and the spectacular Liverpool skyline. Well connected to the rest of the country, Wirral is the ideal location for those wanting to get away from it all yet remain close enough to city life. The Lake District is less than 2 hours drive, while London can be reached by train in 2hrs 30mins.

The Snowdonia National Park which can be seen from the seafront is an hours drive away while a fifteen minute walk will take you into Hoylake, the venue of the 2006 and 2014 British Open Golf Championships and the 2019 Walker Cup. Further down the road you are in the seaside town of West Kirby, full of boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. From this small town you can walk out to Hilbre Islands. On the island is the Hilbre Island Bird Observatory.

Within 25 minutes you can be in the vibrant city of Liverpool, full of museums, theatres, Liverpool One shopping area for those who need a shopping fix or take a wander around Albert Dock. With its world class attractions, spectacular events, world class sport and unrivalled musical heritage, Liverpool is the ideal destination to visit and explore.

The historical Chester and city of Manchester are a 45 minute drive, bursting with character and diversity. Whatever your taste, whatever excites you, relaxes you, or inspires you, these cities have it all.
