Three bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a super king size bed; a kids` bedroom, with two single beds (not kids` beds, John Lewis beds); and a downstairs bedroom / playroom with a double sofa bed.

Two bathrooms: one small one downstairs, with a toilet and a shower; one extremely large one upstairs, with a bath a shower and a toilet.

Downstairs living space: open plan kitchen and living area with wooden floors, a sofa, an armchair, a kitchen table with four chairs, newish kitchen (two years old), big wooden doors out to the back garden.

Gardens: one at the front, one at the back. One of the people who lives in the house is a gardener so they are well maintained. Back garden has a large electric BBQ and various seating areas for eating.

Parking: on-street parking, no permit required.

The cat: she`s called Biscuit, and she will welcome you warmly.

Two kids, aged four and three, live in the house, so it is well stocked with toys.

The TV has an Amazon Fire Stick so you have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer.

About the location

We are located on the border of Catford and Forest Hill, in South East London, a three minute walk from legendary London pub The Blythe Hill Tavern. It`s old-school Irish, the bar staff wear ties, and they sell sourdough pizza from a van on Thursday and Friday nights.

Catford isn`t a wonderful area really, but has excellent transport links from Catford Bridge and Catford to centra and north London. Forest Hill is nicer and has lots of nice oubs and restaurants, and easy access to north and east London from Forest Hill station.

Excellent nearby areas include Camberwell, Peckham, Honor Oak Park, East Dulwich and Brockley, all of which are full of great pubs and cafes and restaurants and shops.

We are a a seven minute walk from Blythe Hill Fields, a small but charming park at the top of the hill. We are also close to Ladywell Fields, Hilly Fields, Mountsfield Park, Beckenham Place Park, and other parks.

This house is not located in the centre of the action. But it is spacious and quiet in a nice friendly area that`s full of families and dogs, and it has easy access to the action.
