A two bedroom house + a two bedroom cottage nestled on 10 acres in the stunning Karangahake Gorge. A piece of NZ paradise with the Hauraki Rail Trail (walking/cycling) and Owharoa Falls on our doorstep with an amazing restaurant/bistro conveniently located at the bottom of the property.

About the location

The Karangahake Gorge lies between the Coromandel and Kaimai ranges, at the southern end of the Coromandel Peninsula in New Zealand`s North Island. A sharply winding canyon, it was formed by the Ohinemuri River. State Highway 2 passes through this gorge between the towns of Paeroa, Waikino and Waihi.

The area is rich in goldmining history with museums and historic walks. The Hauraki. Thames/Coromandel area is synonymous with relaxtion, breathtaking native bush and beaches to die for.
