Our home is fully equipped as we use it as our second home and spend quite a bit of the winter months there. It has air-conditioning in the lounge and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and heaters are available. It has a private terrace with table and chairs for eating al-fresco and it also has a small private garden for sunbathing. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and an outside drying area. The bathroom has a full bath with shower over.
There is fibre wifi and TV with Sky channels and catch-up.

About the location
Our home is in an urbanisation attached to a Spanish village and is very peaceful but has amenities in the village including bars which serve food, a small supermarket and a chemist. There is a large pool at the end of our road which is open from mid June to mid September, it costs €2 to go in for the day. There are also paddle tennis courts. There is a dual carriageway half a mile away from which within 10 minutes drive you can get to numerous beaches, commercial centres, restaurants and golf courses.
