Home swap in for a month from mid December - London

We live in Sanderstead, a small suburban town with lots of local amenities and restaurants in a 10 minute drive. You can easily reach lo Don via two train s t actions less than 15 mi items walk away. There is a local bus to the town of Croydon. The trains also taken you to Brighton the closest beach within 30 minutes.

Our home has a large garden with lots of toys to entertain children. We have two double bedrooms and a smaller room currently used as a birsery

We are happy to offer use of our car in return for use of a car.
We also have a ownstairs toilet.

About the location

We also have a downstairs toilet and a running machine.

We have a friendly tortoiseshell cat which will be left here and would need feeding once a day if possible. Althogih I have family who could feed if you were to stay away over night`s.
