North Devon close to surf beaches - Braunton

Pretty new build home in a rural area overlooking a large communal green space. Stylish and bright open plan downstairs living area with a large corner sofa and dining table. Double doors open up onto the enclosed, private garden which has a patio, lawn, vegetable and mature shrubs. Our house has two bathrooms, three toilets, and the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a single cabin bed, and the third bedroom has a divan single. We regularly clean and tidy our house, but it`s also thoroughly enjoyed by our two children so it is well lived in!

We are lucky to have wonderful neighbours who would be able to help with any questions or recommendations.

Short drive (15 minutes) from beautiful 5 star surfing beaches Saunton, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe. Easy off-road access to Tarka Trail cycle path, easy access to South West Coastal path, close to Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. Nearest cafe 10 minute walk with views across Taw Estuary. Easy access to public transport with two bus stops under 5 minute walk from house. Lots of great local restaurants. Saunton Golf course 15 minutes away. Numerous local family theme parks.
