Bright splendid apartment in the trendiest part of town (built 1870, renovated 2017) - Marseilles

This is our second home, as we live in Zurich, Switzerland. We live there fequently but swap it and rent it out. It is occupied some 280 night/year; so choose freely but book ahead. It is an ancient classical Marseilles building, a 3-room flat 3.80m high with windows to the east and the west – therefore sunlight all day. there is a housekeeper living 50 meters away who lets you in and explains everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are on the hard side (futons). It`s clean, easygoing, great to live in for a vacation or work.

About the location

The main room is really big, spacious, clean and overlooking the La Plaine square which is curently (2019) undergoing a renovation. So no idea how the square will look in a few months time.

The La Plaine area is the trendiest part of town, some 100 restaurants are within walking distance, and many smallboutiques, an essay cinema, a famous music and dancing hall as well as the Cours Julien square which is animated by hunderds of french an foreiners as soon as the sun comes out. 15 minutes from the main trin station, 10 minutes from the famous Old Port.
