Recently renovated and extended house, 2 minute walk to the beach - Worthing

Our home was built approximately 10 years ago and is a link detached bungalow. We have 3 bedrooms...

Bedroom 1 - Superking size bed with views over our large garden.
Bedroom 2 - Single bed
Bedroom 3 - Cot as well as a single sofa bed (the bed is rather firm!)

The bathroom has a large bath and shower cubicle.

The kitchen and lounge have recently been extended and are open plan. There is a large dining table which is great for family dinners and we have a double oven, gas hob and microwave. We have a flat screen TV in the lounge (with Amazon TV) and a comfy corner sofa.

The garden is large and we have a paddling pool if you have children. There is also a sunken fire pit for evening marshmallow toasting and lots of lovely plants to enjoy! There is room for 1 car in the drive and road parking is free.

We have 2 friendly cats that just need daily food which we will of course provide. They use a cat flap and don`t go in the bedrooms.

About the location

Our house is set 1 road back from the seafront and is approx a 2 minute walk to the beach. It`s a pebble beach in Worthing but the tide goes out a long way and makes way for some lovely sand.

There`s lots to do in Worthing in the Summer...
* A splash pad and kids adventure playground
* 5 minute walk to some local shops for essentials
* 2 great theatres
* A pier with a fab restaurant and amusements
* A Lido with a cafe and kids rides
* 20 min walk into Worthing town centre which has some great shops and restaurants (2018 masterchef winner is opening a restaurant next month)
* A lovely old, independent cinema
* Lots of ice cream shops!
* 30 minute drive to Brighton which has loads of great shops as well as a pier

We are also a 20 minute drive to the South Downs national park which has beautiful sceneries and walks as well as a fair few vineyards.
