Four bedroom home with private swimming pool. Ample space with large garden. We have two cats that go on their own. The house has three bedroons in the lower floorm and 1 master bedroon, one office and one full bathroon in the upper floor.

Located in Sant Cugat del Valles, a beautiful area just to the north of central Barcelona. You need a car (willing to swap) to move arond. Easy direct conection to Barcelona by train (35 min) closeby. Barcelona has almost anything you want to do.
Located in a residencial area sorounded by a nice forest area. Sant Cugat in an old town with a 1000 years old Monestry.
There is easy access to beaches and mountains (pyrinees at 1 h; because in 2o min close to Barcelona, and 1 h to Costa Brava.
