The apartment is modern with period features. It will sleep 5/6 reasonably comfortably (considering the loft bed and sofa bed). There is a room with a double bed and office/box room, a quirky room with a small ladder leading to a small double bed, a sofa bed in the living area and a single daybed and small double mattress available if needed.

The bathroom has a main shower and another controlled from the taps. The living, dining and kitchen area is open-plan. There is a traditional open fire in for cosy days in. A breakfasting table is by the window in the kitchen. The apartment is approximately 55sqm with good use of space. There is a small area for sitting outside with plants. The surrounding area to the rear of the property is communual with brick outbuildings and concrete. This is not so attractive, but our home is, and the near by Ravenscraig Park with its castel overlooking the beach is a very nice place to relax.

You will find a bakery bellow and an Italian restaurant next to us. There is a supermarket and department store within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Good central location, with Edinburgh and St Andrews just a short journey away.

We live in a town which is central to many places in The Kingdom of Fife, with lovely beaches and pretty villages to explore. We also have many historic places of interest: St Andrews, famous for golf and its university, Dunfermline Abbey and Falkland Palace. There are many festivals and a good art scene along the coastal areas and many other areas in Fife.

Our home is a less than a 10 minute walk to the beach with a lovely harbour in Dysart -

The town has many facilities: shops, restaurants, theatre/cinema, clubs, bars, pubs, parks with beach/lake, sport centre, ice rink...

There are good transport links with Edinburgh and St Andrews only a short journey away (30 - 45 minutes)
