Jacks Cottage - Hawkes Bay
Cottage on 7acres lifestyle property. Sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, and dogs. We have our own bore water, we are connected to the electricity grid. This is a secondary dwelling with my family living in a large villa over 100yrs old.
About the location
This is a mixed area of orchards, and farming, with wineries close by. This is a hot dry area in summer, and cold and frosty in winter. Winter can be warm with temperatures by about 10am requiring shirt sleeves. There are two lovely sand beaches about 40minutes away. Napier is famous for it Art Deco structures a nice small town with water front entertainment for children and the National Aquarium of New Zealand.
We are about 30 minutes from the Tuki Tuki river that has good fishing and sea fishing out of Napier. Plenty of golf courses the closest 15minutes away. Cycle tracks about 5 minutes away.
