2 bed second floor family flat in festival city - Edinburgh

Our home is on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement, only 15 minutes walk from Haymarket station and on the Skylink bus route from the airport. We have a double and a single bedroom, a large kitchen diner, living room and recently refurbished bathroom with bath and electric shower over bath.

About the location

We are on many bus routes giving access to all parts of the city, but there is also plenty on offer within walking distance. The canal, parks and city farm are all only 5 minutes walk away, as is Fountainbridge Park, a large cinema, bowling, eatery etc complex. Princes Street and other city centre venues are less than half an hours walk away, or just 10-15 minutes on the bus.
