There is a king size bed/bedroom, a standard double in a smaller room and another large bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed.

There is plenty of private space, with a large gravel area to the front of the house and grass garden to the rear which accommodates an above the ground pool and the sauna room. We also own the adjoining field which has a stile leading to it.

The hamlet the property sits within is very peaceful, a perfect place to unwind! Lovely local towns, Mont St Michel and beautiful beaches only an hour away. Splendid walks and fantastic cycle routes start immediately you step outside the house.

About the location

Beautiful beaches can be enjoyed less than an hour away from the house. Carolles beach being a favourite.

Golf can be enjoyed a short distance away at the beautiful Lake Dathee (10 minute drive). Lake Dathee also offers a small 'beach', pedalos and kayaking (if you head to the sailing club) and beautiful walks.

Mont St Michel, Bayeux, Caen, Vire, Villedieu les Poeles, Domfront and the sandy beaches of the D-Day landings are not far.

Lots of lovely market days - Monday: Tinchebray. Tuesday: Sourdeval. Wednesday: St Hilaire du Harcouet. Thursday: Ger. Friday: Mortain and Vire.

The town of Vire, 10 minutes away, is almost entirely dedicated to food. Friday is market day & love it or hate it, there's no escaping Vire's speciality, blood sausage! There is also a fantastic Aquapark.
