Lovely Edwardian Semi Detached house on Oxfordshire / South Northamptonshire border - Culworth

I have a lovely, traditional home which is ideally located for touring the area.

The house has a large and comfortable kitchen/diner with log burner, a sitting room with open fire, utility room with loo. Upstairs we have two double bedroom one with king size and one with double sized sofa bed, as well as a family bathroom with over bath shower.

I would say the house is built for comfort! The house is clean clean and cared for, but homely and welcoming.

There is a small garden with a garden swing (in summer) and patio with furniture.
The views are stunning as Culworth is on top of a hill and we face sunset.

I do have a dog, so welcome yours.

About the location

The village itself to has a butchers which sells day to day provisions and a very well rated gastro pub with excellent shop / deli. They do take away menu which is great value and always delicious. (Take a look at the Red Lion, Culworth) . The village is quiet, friendly and readily accessible. We also have a very popular coffee and gift shop (Forge Coffee).

We say this area is like the Cotswolds but without the tourists. It`s an ideal base for visiting the Heart of England and Oxford with many local sites, lovely footpaths.
Banbury is the nearest town with all local amenities, but we also have Brackley, Towceater and Northampton within easy reach

This area is known as `Banburyshire` and see sit on the borders of Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire. We sit mid way between M1 and M40 which is just 7 miles from the village.

The village sits on top of a hill and our garden faces south west with beautiful views and magnificent sunsets.
