Our home is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a large balcony over looking a park and gardens. There is a lift in the building we are on the 7th (top) floor. It is a secure building with 24 hour management of the building. We have a secure car space in the basement of the building. We are surrounded by lovely gardens. It is a short walk (250 metres) across a park to the shopping centre with over fifty shops and three supermarkets. There is a bus to the city at the end of our street.
About the location
St Ives is in the leafy north shore of Sydney, about 40 minutes by bus to the city centre. Buses are available to the major shopping areas of Hornsby, Chatswood and Macquarie as well as train stations and the beaches on the northern peninsula.
