Our three bedroom detached house with open plan living room kitchen dining is fully modernised, it's a lovely comfortable home. There is a garden in the back of the house which is entered through patio doors. Decking area to sit at. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV, plus TV's in bedrooms.

The house is located 1 min walk from a sandy beach. There are 6 golf courses nearby with royal Troon being 5 mins drive away, Troon has many restaurants bars. Many shops selling everything, from m clothes to electrical, there's is a large supermarket as well.
As local shops, the train is a 5 min walk where trains go to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayr and surrounding towns villages, Troon is a lovely seaside town which had plenty of activities, for adults and children.
