Spacious, light and airy 3 bed flat - Brighton

A spacious, light and airy 3 bedroom flat with a south facing decked garden.
Walking distance to the beach.

We have recently moved in and the whole flat has been newly refurbished, With all mod cons and freshly decorated. I have added some new photos.

Includes 3 double bedrooms so is suitable for 2 couples or a family of up to 6.

Master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 has single loft bed, and also a double sofa bed, so suitable for a couple, or 2/3 kids.
Bedroom 3 has a single loft bed, plus a single sofa bed, so suitable for 2 people happy to share.

Main bathroom includes sink, large bath, toilet and shower.
The ensuite to bedroom 1includes a large walk in shower, sink and toilet.

Kitchen is also a diner and had a table that seats 4 but we have spare chairs and it can seat 6. We have plenty of spare chairs. The kitchen has french doors that open out onto the decked terrace garden.

Living room has two large sofas, space to sit 6 people, TV, DVD player, music centre, etc.

The garden has a small table and chairs for eating outside. It`s a south facing sun trap and we`ve enjoyed eating outside several times in November, March and April!

We have children aged 8/9 so have toys / games suitable for that age including a trampoline.

There is street parking available directly outside the flat using visitor vouchers.

You can see the sea from the living room, and it`s a 10 minute walk straight down the hill to the beach.

Brighton & Hove is vibrant and relaxed city with tonnes to do for people of any age.
Its easy to get out into the countyside for long walks on the downs.

There is lots of artistic and cultural events and things to see and take part in. Its a bohemian place with something for everyone and loads of stuff to do.

We live near the nicer part of the beach away from the tourists and it only takes 10 minutes to walk straight down from our flat. Then you could have a long and interesting walk further out into Hove for the quiet parts of the beach or in Brighton for the thrill of boutique shops and cafes, pier, Brighton Pavilion Palace, The Marina and lots more.

If you like getting out into the countryside then the beautiful South Downs are just minutes away by car, or take the open top bus in summer. Devils Dyke, Ditchling Beacon, Stanmer Park are all easily accessible.
