Budbury Tyning

Our lovely, warm, light and comfy family home is a 4 bedroom end terrace in a quiet cul de sac in beautiful Bradford on Avon. There are 2 double rooms, a room with a bunk bed and a single room. We have a well equipped kitchen (what can I say we love to cook!) and a dining room which comfortably sits 8. We have a spacious living room with a coal burner for winter nights. The garden is generous, catches the sun all day, has a swing seat, table and chairs on the patio for alfresco eating, as well as a lawn. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

We have 2 young children so there is a range of children`s toys, dressing up stuff, art stuff and outdoor play things.

We have a Cat who is very brave and tolerant around children, loves a wee stroke, but is by no means demanding. He just likes to be fed every day!

Near by (5-10min walk) amenities include a co-op (and post office), play parks, pubs and Wiltshire Music Centre. It takes 20 mins to walk into the centre of Bradford on Avon down through the ranks (stunning views), or if you want to save you legs you can get a bus from the end of the road. There is good road and off road cycling from the house, as well as countryside walks, including to the lovely Hartley Farm.

Set perfectly in the dramatic Avon Valley, Bradford on Avon is a rare combination of river, canal and architecture of true character. There is something for everyone: architecture, art, great food, cafes, nice bars/pubs, live music venues, beautiful walks, cycle routes, canals, rivers, narrow boat hire/rides, shopping, parks and swimming pool.

Outside of Bradford on Avon its a short train ride (10mins) or a bus ride (25mins) to Bath. There is the beautiful county of Wiltshire to explore, with Frome 20 mins away, Devizes 30 mins away and Bristol 40mins away.
