Toulouse and the Pyrenees

We offer for exchange our large house, located south of Toulouse. Driving to the Pyrenees is easy and quick - a one-hour drive will take you to skiing stations.
The garden is large and features a summer kitchen with grill, pizza oven and a barbecue, as well as a large swimming pool.
The house accommodates 6 to 10 people, with extra bedding available.
The kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven, grill, hob, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle as well as various KitchenAid appliances. We do not have a microwave oven though.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs : a double and 2 singles. There is an extra room downstairs with individual bathroom and toilet. The spare bedroom can accomodate 2.
We've also fitted the "play room" downstairs with bedding and mattresses so that 2 children/teenagers can spend the night there as well.

The garden is closed and fenced with 2 large automatic gates to park cars or vans.
The house also has a large conservatory looking onto the garden - a nice place to relax, read, chat and spend some lovely moments with the family at the end of the day.

We bought this in the summer of 2016 and have started adapting it to our tastes and liking.

About the location

The house is about 500m from the village which has a bakery, a grocery-store and a butcher. There is a decent bus service to and from Toulouse center or alternatively a train station about 10 min walk from our place. It's definitely the best option if you want to spend some time in Toulouse which is a busy city. Toulouse also offers park+ride options.
The village we live in is located along the motorway A64 which, southbound, heads to the Pyrenees.
Toulouse is located mid-way from the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. Life is pleasant and the local cuisine has gained world-wide reputation as well as some famous wineyards in Cahors or Fronton.
