Our home is an attractive 3 bed bungalow in quiet residential area 5 miles from Brighton, 12 miles Eastbourne. 2 mins walk to bus stop to Brighton (frequent service) and bus to Eastbourne via beautiful countryside and Beachy Head. Sea and South Downs view. 6 miles to historic Lewes (for walkers - over the Downs or along the river.)
We have a full family bathroom with separate shower, plus a small e suite with shower to the main bedroom.

Excellent public transport : train Brighton to London 1 hr.

Bus and train to Worthing, Chichester,
Portsmouth Eastbourne, Hastings : all day tripable.

Lovely walks from the house : coast and South Downs. Walk to Brighton along coast path.

About the location

We are in an urban area 5 miles east of Brighton with excellent transport links to all towns and cities around including London. The bus stops are 3 minutes walk.

The Newhaven - Dieppe cross channel ferry is a 10 minute drive away.

The coast is across the road and we can walk on the South Downs from our front door.

There are good, varied walks from the house lots of interesting day trips by bus and / or train.
