Our home is a lovely two-bedroom first floor apartment in a modern apartment block overlooking the Royal Canal on the north side of Dublin City.

The apartment contains an entrance hall, two bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is an en-suite, a kitchen and a combined dining-living space. The generous main bedroom has a 1.6 m x 2.0 m double bed and the second bedroom has a child?s cot and a double couch bed that can be opened into a 1.3 m x 2.0 m double bed

The kitchen has everything you will need for a great meal. The hall bathroom has a shower shower and the en-suite has a shower as well as high level clothes airer. Heating when required from October to April is automatically provided by electric nighttime storage heaters that can be supplemented with electric room heaters. An electric storage cylinder with a daytime boost if required provides hot water automatically. The apartment is very clean and is professionally cleaned once a week. Free Wi-Fi Internet and a computer are available for accessing the internet.

The apartment block is a quiet, well maintained and is cleaned weakly. The underground car park contains a secure parking space for one car. Additional free parking is available at street level along the side of the building.

The apartment is a 10-minute bike ride / 20-minute walk to O'Connell Street Bridge in the center of Dublin and is located in the neighborhood of Phibsboro very close to local shops, restaurants and pubs, and is very close to lots of Dublin Bus routes and the Dublin Free Bikes. Dublin?s Airport is only 10 km away and can be quickly and easily reached by bus or taxi. The apartment is located very close to the Botanic Gardens, the Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo, The Glasnevin Cemetary, Croke Park Stadium, Smithfield, the Hugh Lane Gallery, the historic north Georgian Quarter and just across the river Temple Bar. All the city's main cinemas and theatres are located in these areas. The City Centre contains a wide range of good value international and ethnic restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
