The advert states Christchurch Airport nearest but in fact Wellington is nearer only 35 mins flight from our local airport Nelson which is a 15 -20 minute drive away.

The house is 4 bedroomed and can sleep 6 with ease. There is a sleep/setee for two further beds in the lounge. The master bed is ensuite with shower and WC, another bathroom with bath spa, and separate WC. An office with computer. A laundry , and double garage. Three further bedrooms on same level, two with single beds and a double guest-room bedroom.

The kitchen is fitted with double fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, grey stylish furnishings, a dishwasher, and double sink. A pantry and separate walk-in pantry.

The dining room has woodburner fire, solid oak dining table, with 6 chairs but room to seat 8. Open slide windows to decking on both sides of dining room and kitchen.

The decks have tables and chairs to enjoy the views.

The lounge has a flat screen TV with freeview box, DVD player, and surround sound.

Office has computer, WIFI broadband internet connection.

Carpets and wood floors throughout, all set on one level throughout.
