Our home is a beautiful, light and spacious house which we have configured for our retirement. Open plan kitchen, lounge (with Jetmaster gas fire) and dining room. Plus Study, main bedroom with ensuite and spare bedroom/TV room, 2nd bathroom. All rooms, except bathrooms, have doors to outside so the flow from house to garden is well designed. En suite bathroom has spacious walk-in shower and spa bath. The main bedroom has queen size bed and in the TV room there is a sleeper couch that can accommodate 1 person comfortably. The garden is mostly indigenous plants and completely private. The water feature and plunge pool provide a relaxing ambiance. We entertain frequently both indoors and in the garden. As we are both keen cooks our kitchen is quite well equipped. Floor to ceiling books in Peter's study will mean you will always find something to read! The laundry facilities are in the garage. The house is very secure and full alarm monitored. We have a garage(electronic door) and plenty of secure off street parking space.

Our maid will be available for 1 day a week. Car (automatic)optional.

We have 2 affectionate very well behaved catS, Grimbo and Spice, who like to be fed regularly. They have cat flap to go in and out so no need to clean up after them.
