We have a comfortable 4 bedroom family home in Brighton. The house is situated in leafy Withdean which is a 20 minute walk to Preston Park Station (direct trains to London in 1 hour). It is also on a frequent bus route into town (15-20 mins) and along the coast. Ideal area for exploring sunny Brighton and also the South Downs which are on our doorstep.
The house has a recently remodelled kitchen / diner / conservatory area overlooking the south facing garden at the back of the house and a seperate lounge to the front. There is a downstairs cloakroom / utility room and access to the garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom and ensuite, another large double bedroom, a bedroom with a 3 ft bunk bed over a 4 ft bed and the nursery which has a cot and a single bed in and also the family bathroom. The garden is sheltered and south facing with a sunny patio.

About the location

Withdean is a nice residential area to the north of Briton and Valley Drive is a wide, tree lined attractive road. There is a sports centre round the corner, local shops at the top of the road or in Westdene. Preston park station and Brighton town centre, the coast and South Downs are all within in easy reach.

Brighton is a fabulous, vibrant town with a huge amount going on all year round. Whether you want to visit the quirky lanes with their eclectic collection of shops, flea markets and cafes or find country pubs and walks or go to the beach you'll find all this and much much more on the doorstep.
